I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, especially the new Wing Rooms, were big, clean, and equipped with almost all world-class amenities. However, my stay was interrupted by bed bugs, which made it a sleepless night. The service was friendly but sometimes overly attentive in the hope for tips. The location was convenient for shopping and entertainment, but lacked some essential items like salt and pepper. The dining options were tasty but on the pricey side.
